SAUNA
We have a woodburner sauna that sits 6 people. It takes about 30 min to heat up. Please read the instructions on the sauna before using it and leave it clean when you are done. We do not have strict rules around what to wear or not in the sauna. Check with your housemates what they are comfortable with. If you do decide to go naked, please sit on a towel. We usually have 1 day a week when we fire it up after work but it is also ok to do it on a random day based on needs. We all chip in to pay for the wood.
COLD DIP
For the crazy ones, we were gifted a cold dip tub by Anton's mom. Please cover it when not in used and check the water before going in. It needs changing regularly using the hose on the side of the wall, towards the wagon.
MASSAGE
jody (who is also our amazing cleaner) is a massage therapist! She comes here and turns the Zello - Piano room into an oasis of relaxation.

She does Swedish massage for £40 / 1h, and her speciality is Music Deep Massage for £45/h - You wear headphones, and she massages to the rhythm of the music!
