Selgars Mill is a beautiful converted 19th Century mill house with cottages, set in eight acres of secluded grounds in the Culm Valley in Mid Devon.

Our indoor accommodation has up to 22 beds across the Mill House, Mill Lodge, Pond Lodge, the Waggon & the Annex. Max capacity if all doubles are shared and all sofa beds used is 30. We also have 17 beds in our emperor bell tents that can sleep an additional 21 people if all doubles are shared.

Pond Lodge is for staff use only.
The Annex is a 1 bed private cottage with a kitchen, ensuite bathroom, double bed & lounge.
The Waggon has a double bed, a small kitchen, a wood burner stove and a small toilet.

Spillover Accomodation
We have partnered with some of our neighbours in the Culm Valley village to provide more accommodation (within a short walk or drive from Selgars) so that we can host larger groups and companies who require private rooms and bathrooms for their participants.

The Barn
Our barn can host up to 140 seating for nature conferences, community gatherings and weddings. We can sleep 40 people on individual beds in our bell tents and indoor accommodation. We also allow for on site camping.

Lots of Options
Selgars Mill is 2.5 miles from Tiverton Parkway train station in Mid-Devon. From there you can book a taxi transfer (5 mins), walk in 40 min or cycle in 12 min. By train, Tiverton Parkway is 14 minutes from Exeter, 45 min from Bristol and 2 hours from London Paddington. The address is Selgars Mill, Cullompton, Devon, EX15 3DA. We recommend bringing your bike and using it to get to local shops, cafes and the train station.
What about car parking & extra camping?
We have two onsite car parking areas which can take up to 20 vehicles. If more cars are needed then we can rent a neighbouring field for a fee of £150/day. This field can also be used for extra camping space and camping.
